The Essentials 18 Brush Set Limited Warranty

Adriana Nichole Cosmetics – 1 Year Limited Warranty

Adriana Nichole Cosmetics warrants that our brush set products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies only to defects in:

  • Brush handle construction

  • Ferrule detachment

  • Shedding due to manufacturing defect

If a defect is confirmed, only the specific defective brush will be replaced. The full set will not be replaced unless multiple brushes are determined to be defective due to manufacturing error.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, soaking, or excessive force

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, fading, or dents)

  • Damage from third-party cleaning solutions or chemicals

  • Brushes purchased from unauthorized retailers

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are limited to the same brush style originally purchased.

  • If the exact brush is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a comparable brush of equal value.

  • This warranty does not provide refunds or store credit.

  • Shipping fees may apply for replacement delivery.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a replacement:

  2. Include:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Clear photos of the defective brush

    • Description of the issue

All claims must be submitted within the one-year warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Adriana Nichole Cosmetics shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
